Before your appointment…

  • While not critical it is preferable that you have visited your dentist within 6 months. We will perform oral health screening prior to your whitening but it is important that untreated decay and gum disease is managed before we whiten teeth in your aesthetic zone.

  • Set realistic goals and expectations about your whitening treatment. We can help to lift and brighten your smile but it is important to remember all enamel is different and therefore we cannot guarantee a certain result. We aim for a nice natural enhancement to your smile!

  • Please brush and floss before your appointment. We use a specially formulated enzymatic cleansing swab to remove plaque and pellicle which assists in the whitening process but regular oral hygiene is important for optimal and long lasting results.

  • Once teeth gem position is decided and the process begins it can not be changed.

  • Pre order is necessary for gold and opal gems.

  • Please help us by filling out our medical and dental history screening forms at the time of your appointment to ensure your treatment runs smoothly.

  • Email or call us with any questions and concerns you may have so that we can ensure you understand everything thoroughly before attending your appointment.

  • 10% deposit required to secure your spot but we may require 25% deposit on some services and you will be emailed a link to pay to secure your appointment if this is necessary.

  • We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or cannot make your appointment. We reserve the right to retain your deposit and charge a 50% cancellation fee, if notice is not provided.

  • We are not a preferred provider or affiliated with any health funds, nor do we accept private health insurance at this time.

AFTERPAY CLIENTS WILL ACCEPT A 6% SURCHARGE ON FEES as will AMEX cards at 2%.

SOME MOBILE SERVICES MAY INCUR a $50 TRAVEL FEE DEPENDING ON LOCATION.

During your appointment…

  • Rest assured your clinician in university trained and highly experienced. You will be in good hands. Unfortunately beauty therapists are not properly trained in dental anatomy, enamel care, oral health and physiology and may not be able to foresee or manage particular situations when it comes to teeth whitening leading to poor results. However our OHT has the ideal skills for achieving the best results safely.

  • Natalie holds certificates in first aid and mental health first aid.

  • Please read, discuss and understand the information presented to you and sign our consent forms before the treatment begins.

  • Bring along something to listen to or watch (music, phone, iPad), wear something comfortable and prepare to relax. Your procedure will usually go for about 1 hour.

  • It would be wonderful if you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out relevant paperwork if you are new to our service.

  • Final payment is expected at the time of treatment. We accept Cash, Card, EFT transfer, PayPal and Afterpay.

Infection Control Standards

  • We adhere to mandatory guidelines and protocols to ensure our client safety.

  • We encourage use of hand sanitiser upon presentation and request if you are ill with cold or flu like symptoms or have a cold sore to cancel your appointment in advance where possible.

  • All equipment is properly disposed of sterilised or cleaned after each client in adherence with infection control guidelines and standards. We use TGA approved products.

  • We do not proclaim to be able to provide results based on images or videos you see as all results are different. However our images are calibrated to the best of our ability and are not filtered.

  • We cannot provide any dental treatment outside the scope of our practitioners and will seek permission to refer you to a qualified dental practitioner should you require care outside our scope of practice which is set for us.
